Regarding flight KLM- Lagos - Amsterdam
As frequent flyer for many years I expected a customer valued response after filing my complaint, my first in 15 years. After some correspondence with the airline I gave up, but got motivated again when reading a article in the paper about EUclaim. Euclaim handled this case very professionally. This professional effort resulted in the airline admitting poor performance on that particular flight. Next time around I won’t even bother filing a complaint with the airline, I’ll contact EU claim straight away.

thank you very much! Without your efforts it would have been nearly impossibly for us to pursue our rightful claim. We have already talked to our travel agency which was very interested in your service because they would like to refer your company to customers of them which have encountered similar problems with airlines. Regarding flight US Airways, Gatwick - North Carolina
After 13 months the compensation from US Airways has finally appeared in my bank account today-Thankyou very much for your persistence in pursuing my claim. It is good to know that these airlines cannot get away with cancelling flights at great inconvenience to the passengers and incorrectly inform them that no compensation is available. I am very happy that my son saw an article about your company in the Daily Telegraph just after my flight was cancelled. My thanks to all your staff.

I must say that I am very impressed that you managed to claim compensation on my behalf. I would never have succeeded on my own. Your process is quite clear and transparent, as well as professional. Your company is an important asset for us customers, and I will certainly use your services again, should I be in a situation where a rightful claim is denied.

I would like to thank you for your efforts, and obviously for the end result! This was my first experience and it has been very positive.
Before using your services I tried myself to get compensation from KLM, but with the same result as you initially received. This shows how powerful your approach is!
I will certainly share my experience with friends and family. From a solution point of view, your portal and eMail combination works great and is very user friendly. To top it you might add SMS message if there is new info on the portal.
Minor, but all I can come up with to improve!
